Why Certify with Inspiration Foundation Seal
Certifying with the Inspiration Foundation Seal signals to your employees, customers, and community that your company is committed to hiring individuals with disabilities. Companies that earn the seal demonstrate leadership by actively creating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, a group that has historically faced one of the highest unemployment rates. Beyond the social impact, certification provides resources and knowledge to champions who hire individuals with disabilities. The seal provides information on how  strengthen workplace culture, reduce turnover, and improve productivity while opening the door to new markets and loyal consumers who want to support businesses that stand for more than profit.
The seal is more than a symbol—it’s proof that your company is driving meaningful change and shaping a future where hiring individuals with disabilities fuels innovation and growth.
